Took me an hour for a 20 minute trip into Bethesda last night. The police just site in their cars and don't do anything about moving the traffic flow. May as well not be there. Last nights fun and games cost me an 8o dollar gratuity for a research study that I could not get to in time.
The bus are destroying Oaklyn Drive..as they come from River Road after getting off on that 270 exit, slower but you do get around traffic. The bus traffic is leaving an oil slick on the road and it's eating the highway itself. These are local roads and aren't designed from a New York style rush hour with an endless line of buses.
